1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Compass (usecompass.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Compass is a startup flight simulator designed to help founders practice decision-making under uncertainty.

2. Educational & Simulation Nature

Simulations, Socratic feedback, and Decision DNA metrics generated by Compass are practice tools for reflection. They do not constitute formal legal, financial, accounting, or fiduciary advice. Founders retain full responsibility for their business choices in reality.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Compass for unlawful purposes, including submitting false identity credentials, reverse-engineering platform prompts, or attempting unauthorized access to other founders' private Decision Maturity memos.

🛡️4. 360-Degree Ethical, Moral & Legal Omnibus Acceptable Use Policy

Compass is an executive flight simulator dedicated to ethical enterprise, positive human flourishing, and constructive leadership. We strictly enforce Ethical & Moral Guardrails. The following categories are strictly prohibited on Compass:

Predatory Interest, Usury & Riba, Financial Exploitation & Deceptive Fraud: Prompts or scenarios seeking to exploit individuals with predatory interest, interest rate manipulation, usury, Riba, loan-sharking, or fraudulent financial scams.
Illicit Substances & Adult Content: Businesses or simulations involving alcohol, liquor, non-medicinal narcotics, cannabis/weed, pornography, or adult entertainment.
Weapons, Explosives & Human Harm: Any scenarios involving firearms, explosives, bombs, human trafficking, terrorism, physical violence, or harm to human life.
Financial Crimes & Corruption: Money laundering, tax evasion, bribery, insider trading, extortion, blackmail, Ponzi schemes, or bank fraud.
Gambling, Cybercrime & Exploitation: Casinos, betting schemes, malware, ransomware, identity theft, child exploitation, organ/wildlife trafficking, or cybercrime.
360-Degree Universal Legal Catch-All Clause: Any activity, scheme, practice, or scenario that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, unethical, or contrary to public policy under any local, national, or international law, whether explicitly listed herein or not.

Notice of Service Boundary & Safe Harbor Immunity: If your business model, inquiry, or intent falls into any prohibited, unlawful, or unethical category, Compass is not the platform for you. Our automated systems will intercept such inputs and redirect to ethical alternatives, or respectfully terminate service. We do not cater to unethical, unlawful, or harmful business practices.

5. Pricing & One-Time Payments

Fees paid for the 30-Day Founder Challenge (₹2,999) or Compass Pioneer (₹9,999) grants immediate access to elevated simulation daily quotas and Decision Evolution reports. All purchases are explicit single-transactions without recurring auto-billing.

5. Intellectual Property & Corporate Ownership

Compass, including its Decision DNA algorithms, flight simulator scenarios, and brand assets, is the proprietary intellectual property of Compass, a registered sole proprietorship enterprise (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-TS-09-0266023), operated by Md Khalid in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the total cumulative liability of Compass and its operator shall be strictly capped at the actual total amount paid by the user to Compass for their selected access tier (maximum ₹2,999 for the 30-Day Founder Challenge, or ₹9,999 for the Pioneer 3-Year Pass). Any legal disputes or claims shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction restricted to the Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
